1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and booking through PhysioDaddy.com, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Role & Aggregator Status PhysioDaddy is a digital healthcare discovery and booking platform. We facilitate connections between patients and independent, licensed physiotherapists. We are not a medical clinic. The actual medical care, diagnosis, and treatment are the sole responsibility of the independent physiotherapist treating you.

3. Booking and Payments

• Advance Payments: PhysioDaddy does not currently charge advance booking fees on the website.
• Service Payments: All payments for therapy sessions are to be made directly to your treating physiotherapist immediately after the session is completed via UPI or Cash.
• Pricing: Prices displayed on the website are estimated base rates. The final fee may vary slightly based on the specific treatment plan prescribed by the independent therapist upon assessment.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We request that patients cancel or reschedule appointments at least 12 hours in advance to respect the time of our independent practitioners. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in a ban from booking future sessions on the platform.

5. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate location details, contact information, and medical history to ensure safe and effective treatment. You agree to maintain a safe and respectful environment for the visiting physiotherapist during home visits.

6. Liability Limitation PhysioDaddy is not legally liable for any injuries, misdiagnoses, disputes, or damages arising from the sessions provided by the independent practitioners booked through our network. Any medical or legal grievances must be addressed directly with the treating physiotherapist.
